Privacy Policy

Listing Home Decor is operated by Dehua County Listing Trading Co., Ltd., a B2B ceramic home decor supplier and trading company based in Dehua County, Quanzhou, Fujian, China. We work with production partners; we do not own a factory or warehouse.
This policy is intended for Listing Home Decor’s official website at https://listinghomedecor.com/.
Our business is quotation-led. Buyers browse products, choose variations and quantities, add items to a Quote List and submit a request for quotation (RFQ). We then communicate about quotations, proforma invoices, offline payment arrangements and shipping. Adding an item to a Quote List or submitting an RFQ does not complete an online purchase.
1. Information We Collect
We handle information you provide when contacting us, submitting an inquiry, discussing products or coordinating a confirmed transaction. This may include:
- Your name, work email, company, country or destination, and telephone or WhatsApp number.
- Product selections, variations, specifications, requested quantities, packaging requirements and other sourcing details.
- Product photographs, designs, reference materials or purchasing lists that you choose to send through an available communication channel.
- Business correspondence, quotations, proforma invoices, payment confirmations and logistics or after-sales records relevant to the relationship.
The RFQ form requires Name, Work Email, Company and Country / Destination. Phone / WhatsApp, Packaging Requirements, Additional Requirements and Buyer Type are optional. Buyer Type offers Wholesaler, Retailer, Gift Store, Online Seller, Importer / Distributor, Interior Designer and Other. Required fields are needed to submit that form; optional details help us understand your request.
Our Contact Us form and other communication channels may request different information. Please provide only what is reasonably needed and avoid unrelated sensitive personal information. If you provide information about another person, ensure you are authorized to share it.
2. How We Use Information
We use inquiry and business information to understand and respond to your request, prepare quotations, discuss product specifications, quantities, packaging and shipping, and coordinate follow-up communication.
For agreed transactions, relevant information may also be needed for proforma invoices, payment correspondence, order preparation, transportation, after-sales assistance and applicable record-keeping requirements.
An RFQ does not confirm availability or create a binding sales agreement.
3. Quote Lists and Inquiry Information
The Quote List helps you collect products, variations and quantities for a sourcing inquiry rather than ordinary retail checkout. We use the RFQ information to review your requirements and communicate about a quotation.
The website uses WordPress, WooCommerce and ELEX Request a Quote. The quotation process can retain list information and create quotation-related records described internally as orders or quote requests. These technical records do not, by themselves, mean that you have purchased or paid online. Inquiry notifications and subsequent correspondence can also create email copies.
Removing an item from your browser’s list is not the same as deleting an inquiry already submitted to us.
3A. Cookies, Browser Storage and Technical Information
Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage for several purposes.
Quote Lists and product choices. Session identification helps the website recognize a visitor’s Quote List. Browser storage can remember selected variations, specifications and product components, and a page to return to. Blocking or clearing storage used by these features may affect product selections or the inquiry-list experience.
Website statistics. The website has an enabled WooCommerce Analytics reporting feature. This is separate from WooCommerce’s visit-source attribution feature, which is disabled. The storage used to maintain your Quote List and product selections serves a different purpose from website reporting.
Website operation and display. Other browser storage supports client-side website state, interface preferences and browser display checks. Where private access to a shop preview is enabled, a cookie can remember access through an authorized preview link. This technical state is separate from a completed transaction or the business records created when you submit an inquiry.
External resources and technical records. Some website resources are supplied by external services, as described in Section 6. Loading an external resource involves a request to the service hosting it. Website and mail systems may also retain technical records relating to website operation and inquiry delivery. These copies are separate from browser storage.
Some cookies are marked for a browser session, while others have an expiry date. Local browser storage is a separate storage type and is not necessarily cleared when a page or tab closes. Clearing cookies or closing a browser session does not automatically remove RFQ records, emails, technical logs or website backups.
You can manage cookies and clear website storage through your browser settings. Restricting some storage may affect website functions. These browser controls are separate from any notices or choices that may be required for particular purposes under applicable law.
4. Reference Images and Files
We use product photographs, designs, reference images and purchasing lists as reasonably needed to understand your request, discuss it with you and evaluate sourcing options.
Where necessary, we may give production partners relevant product specifications, design requirements and reference materials. Our business practice is not to provide customer personal information to partner factories.
Please send only materials you are authorized to share and avoid unrelated personal information in file contents, annotations, metadata or shared links.
5. Payments
Our business process is to agree quotations or proforma invoices and arrange payment separately through offline communication, rather than use ordinary retail checkout. An RFQ or quotation-related technical record is not proof of payment.
We may handle proforma invoices, payment correspondence and transaction confirmations where needed for coordination and record keeping. Please do not send full payment-card details through an inquiry form, email or WhatsApp.
6. Third-Party Services and Information Sharing
Hostinger provides website hosting and an enabled content delivery network (CDN) service for delivering website resources. The hosting configuration identifies the website server region as North Carolina, USA, and the configured backup location as Boston, USA. These hosting and backup locations do not establish the locations of every CDN node or all service processing.
Our configured mail delivery uses NetEase 163 SMTP. Inquiry notifications and business correspondence can therefore be handled by the mail service as well as within the website environment.
We use LiteSpeed for website caching and have connected QUIC.cloud optimization services. QUIC.cloud image optimization is enabled. Its image optimization service is separate from its CDN, which is shown as disabled in the supplied configuration.
WordPress, WooCommerce, ELEX, Easy WP SMTP and LiteSpeed are software components. Their use does not, by itself, mean that every software developer receives your personal information.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, the communication also takes place through that external service. Depending on the needs of a particular order, we may provide necessary recipient information to the freight forwarder or logistics provider involved in the shipment. This does not mean that every order’s complete customer file is shared with every logistics provider.
Product requirements shared with production partners are addressed separately in Section 4.
7. Alibaba.com
We continue to operate our Alibaba.com international store and handle buyer inquiries and orders through the platform. Activity on Alibaba.com is also subject to its own terms and privacy information.
We generally retain inquiry and order records in its backend and do not normally actively delete them. Their availability and retention remain subject to platform rules and functionality; this is not a promise of permanent retention. Information we receive or retain separately for the business relationship also needs to be considered.
8. Data Retention
Different records are kept in different systems and for different business purposes. Inquiry correspondence, confirmed transaction records, product reference files and technical copies do not necessarily have the same retention needs.
We periodically delete inquiry and correspondence emails that are no longer needed.
Retention decisions depend on whether the information is still needed for the relevant purpose and on applicable legal requirements. Alibaba records are generally retained as described in Section 7. Website inquiry records can remain separately in the website’s systems; deleting an email or clearing browser storage does not delete those records.
Quotations, proforma invoices, product reference materials and logistics documents are normally kept on company computers for longer-term business use. This does not mean that every file is retained permanently.
Records associated with transactions, after-sales matters, disputes or applicable legal and accounting requirements may need to be kept separately from ordinary inquiries that did not result in a transaction.
The supplied hosting configuration provides weekly automatic website backups. Recovery-point availability is subject to the provider’s rules. Active website records, mail copies, diagnostic logs and backups can have different clearing cycles; removal from one system does not necessarily remove every other copy at the same time.
Browser storage has a different lifecycle from these business and technical records. Closing a browser session does not erase records already held on the server or in correspondence.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us using Section 13 with a privacy question, request or complaint. The company’s owner is responsible for receiving and coordinating privacy matters. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We handle requests under the applicable legal requirements and exceptions, including those relating to transaction or accounting records. Where applicable law gives you the right to complain to a competent data protection authority, you may also use that channel.
Please describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
10. Security
Our mail-delivery configuration uses authenticated SSL, and the website hosting configuration includes periodic backups. These settings are not a guarantee that every transmission or stored copy is encrypted or that all services have been independently audited.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. International Communications
Our company operates in China and communicates with international business buyers. Information provided in that relationship is received for handling by our business in China.
The supplied website hosting and backup settings identify locations in the United States. CDN delivery, email, messaging, platform transactions, optimization and logistics may involve other locations depending on provider arrangements. This does not mean that all personal information is stored only in the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website, business practices or applicable requirements change. The published version will display its actual Last Updated date.
